LOOKING GOOD FROM FRONT AND BACH
The Los Angeles LGBT Center has announced a special one-night-only return of the internationally acclaimed singing string quartet Well-Strung. The four performers specialize in pairing universally recognized classical pieces while singing pop music hits by the likes of Taylor Swift, Rihanna, Kelly Clarkson, and others. As part of their national tour, Well-Strung will perform at the Renberg Theatre for one show only on Sunday, January 21, 2018 at 7pm.
Well-Strung features first violinist Edmund Bagnell, second violinist Christopher Marchant, violist Trevor Wadleigh, and cellist Daniel Shevlin. Conceived by Marchant and Mark Cortale, the foursome formed in 2012 and has since gained international attention.
They have been invited to perform at the Vatican in Rome and at a gala for President Obama. Their hit ’˜viral’ music video “Chelsea’s Mom” led to a special requested performance for 2016 presidential candidate Hillary Clinton herself.

They are overclothed. Since this is not world-caliber playing, the boys should play shirtless.
I agree, Bruce. I was surprised at the level of musicianship at the Renberg; both vocals and instrumentals were not what you would expect from such a popular group (and the patter could have been better, too). It was a diverting night, but I see no reason to re-visit the boys, even if they were shirtless come to think of it.
