Housed inside one of the most iconic structures in the world, MBS casino encompasses about 15,000 square meters of gaming space.
The casino boasts more than 1,500 slots, 600 table games, and a selection of online casino services like at gclub. MBS is the world’s most expensive casino, representing a $5.7 billion investment by Las Vegas Sands Corporation.
At the casino, Chou played only baccarat, placing generous bets of between $100,000 and $200,000 each time. However, he did not lose all of his bets. At one point, the Taiwanese pop star won $20,000. Following the win, he gave the casino staff a tip of about $6,000.
However, the pop star’s own company, based in Taiwan, rubbished the claim that he lost such a huge sum. According to the company’s spokesman, the concert organizers invited Chou to visit the casino. However, the amount wagered was much smaller than the $2 million that news outlets were stating.
