Los Angeles audiences were treated to Aaron Lazar in both Dear Evan Hansen and The Secret Garden at The Ahmanson, and now this Broadway Heartthrob, singer, and actor from Cherry Hill, NJ, is coming back to The Catalina Jazz Club in Hollywood (Lazar’s home base is L.A.). This new intimate concert experience entitled Greatest Songs. Greatest Voices. plays one night only this Thursday, June 1 at 8:30pm. Doors open at 7pm.
This unforgettable night of music is a throwback to the days of after-show supper clubs. Greatest Songs. Greatest Voices. is a celebration of Aaron’s favorite songs “Music of the Night,” “Pretty Women,” “The Lady Is a Tramp,” alongside songs made famous by Tony Bennett, Billy Joel, Sammy Davis Jr., Andrea Bocelli, and more. With Music Direction by the incredible John Boswell, and Special Guests Paul Freeman and Darrell Morris Jr., this will be a spectacular night for Broadway fans and those who like to swoon.Aaron is the star of Fox’s Filthy Rich and he also had a role in the Oscar winning Everything Everywhere All at Once, in which he does a great performance acting like he doesn’t have literal hot dog fingers (this role would have gone to Daniel Radcliffe if it wasn’t for the fact that he had prior commitments on the stage).
An athlete and performer in high school, Aaron graduated magna cum laude from Duke University where he studied pre-med and music. graduated magna cum laude from Duke University where he studied pre-med and music. After earning an MFA in musical theater from the Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, Aaron put plans of being a doctor on hold and moved to New York City. His career spans Broadway, Television, Film, and Concerts and has allowed him to share his passion for the arts with audiences worldwide.
