The Wallis in Beverly Hills lays claim to being the place to see and be seen on Wednesday November 19, 2025, as one of Broadway’s brightest stars, J. Harrison Ghee, headlines a one-night-only special cabaret event. This superstar-sized evening of incredible music and intimate, hilarious, behind-the-scenes stories will be hosted and music directed by Sirius XM Radio star Seth Rudetsky, whom The New York Times dubbed “The Mayor of Broadway.” The gregarious, giving, gadfly Rudetsky is a pro at uplifting, charming, funny and down-to-earth impromptu cabarets accompanying Broadway greats, extemporaneously chatting it up with they of the gargantuan personalities and sublime powerhouse voices. His two most recent visit to The Wallis with Broadway stars Lillias White and Jessie Mueller were easily the most surprising and entertaining nights I’ve had.

What makes J. Harrison Ghee a must-see isn’t merely the résumé—though a Tony Award for Some Like It Hot and acclaimed turns in Kinky Boots and Mrs. Doubtfire would be reason enough.
